Neptune TopCo GmbH

Our shareholding sits in Neptune TopCo GmbH, the holding company behind the December 2023 transaction with Pollen Street Capital. We rolled our shares into it rather than selling out.

Neptune holds the group that grew out of niiio finance group AG, a listed provider of software for banks, wealth managers and asset managers. From 2022 ten companies were acquired and seven brands brought onto one platform — 300 people in ten offices across five countries. The build continued after Pollen Street came in.

FiNet Asset Management AG

A financial services institution licensed under § 32 KWG, specialising in discretionary portfolio management, private-label fund design and regulatory umbrella services for independent advisers. We held a stake and sold our shares.
